Due to the we can not offer any refunds. should there be issues with the print that has been delivered please contact us to discuss.

    Prints will be created and shipping in accordance to the workload of the print room. During peak times there can be delays and may take a while to have the item printed and shipped out. If you are in need of the prints urgently please contact us before placing your order to ensure we are able to fulfil your request in a timely manner.

  • Items will be shipped via DHL from our print room based just outside of London.

    A separate delivery charge maybe taken if you are also purchasing some products as products and prints are made in 2 different locations. You will not be able to group your products and prints together for a single shipping charge.
